TRIO-SSS is a federally funded grant program through the Department of Education designed to 1) increase the retention and graduation rates of eligible students; 2) increase the transfer rates of eligible students from two-year to four-year institutions; and 3) foster an institutional climate supportive of the success of individuals who are first generation college students and 有经济需求, 还有残障人士.
